It may be possible, but an existing above-ground tank cannot simply be buried. To switch to an underground tank, the proposed location must first be assessed to ensure it is suitable. This assessment would consider factors such as ground conditions, drainage, underground services, safety seperation distances and access for installation, maintenance and future deliveries.

You existing tank would need to be safely removed and replaced witha purpose-designed underground tank that meets all current safety and regulatory requirements.
