Think you have a problem with one of your appliances? Well, the first thing to do is to turn off the LPG supply.

Look for where the gas pipe enters your building and you should find a service valve, clearly marked. There could be more than one – so check if there are any others.

Also, you will need to shut off the gas at your LPG tank – simply turn the valve wheel.
